1.규칙적인 생활과 건전한 생활리듬을 유지할 것
2.주말에 부족한 수면을 보충하겠다고 과도하게 낮잠을 자면,
일요일 밤에 불면을 유발시켜, 월요병을 일으킬 수 있다.
잠들기 힘들면, 가벼운 목욕을 하는 것도 방법이다.
3.자기 분수에 맞는 취미 생활, 오락, 스포츠 등으로 심신의 스트레스를 해소할 것
4.월요병이 엄습할 때 모차르트의 음악을 듣거나 볼링, 당구, 영화 모임 같은 취미생활을 갖는 것도 한 가지 방법이다.
5.원만한 인격으로 보다 적극적인 대인 관계를 가질 것
6.먼저 웃으면서 인사한다. 웃음은 세포를 활성화시키고 ‘코티졸’이라는 호르몬의 과다분비를 막아 스트레스를 물리친다.
